Wrightsville Beach Baptist people do a great job at welcoming guests who come to worship services and events at our church. It's probably because during the Summer months, thousands of visitors come to our little island paradise for their Summer vacations. We're always glad when they stop by to worship with us. In fact, we're expecting guests every Sunday.You'd be amazed at how we can make you feel right at home.

We will invite all people to connect to the body of Christ, His church, by becoming a part of a small group where they will study God's Word, bond with other believers, and grow in their relationship with Christ and the church family.

We will give testimony that a transformed life is possible through the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

We will invite every person to accept God's gift of salvation through Jesus Christ-Romans 10:9-13.

We hope you will accept our invitation to the Christian life-John 10:10.

Our worship services are the primary entry point for people who want to find out about our church. Therefore, you will learn, that for us, worship is all about God, and not about us! Here's what you can expect when you come to worship at WBBC.

You will experience a well planned and creative worship experience that has been developed prayerfully and thoughtfully by our pastoral staff and has met the following criteria:

Worship is to bring honor and glory to God. This is accomplished through a focus on the awesome Holiness of God; His Holy revelation of inspired scriptures; and spiritual praise. 

We will magnify the Word of God to build faith in Jesus Christ through the message of the gospel.

We will glorify Jesus, the Son of God, through scripture songs, hymns, and musical instruments.

We will acknowledge, through corporate prayer, that we are dependent on God, alone, for all things pertaining to our human existence and our eternal security.

We will encourage all people to confess that Jesus is Lord.
